User Flow

It can be used for a variety of tasks, such as user accessibility, user retention, or customer segmentation.

For example, a mobile app might have a user flow that starts with the user visiting the home page. From there, they can select a product or service, and from there, a user can add the product to their cart. At this point, a user can choose to go back to the home screen and choose a different product, or can move to the checkout screen. Finally, once they enter their payment information, the user completes the user flow by making the purchase.
